"Watch video on YouTube error 153 Video player configuration error"- has anyone received this error, what was the fix?

yes we get the same error on our copy right videos, I even open the previous weeks scheduled and tried play the video song that played last week and got the same error.  I deleted and reloaded the video in ew with the same error. 

We have the same problem. Last week the video was playing without a problem and yesterday error 153.
Some research tells me that it is a browser issue and you can solve it by deleting the cache, but the browser in easy worship does not have the tree dots to enter the settings and delete the cache. Now I have to download the videos again.

Same here! 19 October no problems, last Sunday Error 153, Some research tells me that we have to clear the cache of the browser, but EWS does not have the three dots on the right corner of the browser to enter the settings.

My videos worked last week and now I get the 153 error - the day of a fundraiser :( Need help

We're also getting the Error 153 with YouTube videos.  The s/w is up to date.  This is a real pain.  Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
