Audio loss issues with new update 220.127.116.11
Yesterday we installed you latest update on our two church laptops used for service provision. However, both laptops have now suffered complete audio loss on all videos regardless of video format.
Videos play fine on the monitors both local and external. I cannot find any audio setting in the software except for mute and volume. In the widows 10 audio settings Easyworship appears using default devices, but changing to a specific interface does not solve the issue.
Both our laptops run the latest edition of Windows 10 (they are updated regularly) and no issues have occurred until your latest update.
Any ideas because I am lost.
If you are still having this issue you might try rolling back to the previous build and see if you still have the issue.
