End of video going back to first frame

Hi!
I found out that if you un-install QuickTime and use the K-Lite decoder instead it will stop at the last frame. This is just a work around until the new decoder for EW is released. I do not have a time frame on when it will be available.

Description of the bug: When a video reaches the end, the first frame of the video is immediately displayed instead of staying on the last frame of the video (typically black after a fadeout)
How was your service impacted? Transitions from videos to next item in schedule is not seamless
How was your preparation time impacted? The problem can be remedied by setting the video out-point a little bit before the end, which makes for lengthier prep time.
