How is your computer connected to the output screen(s)?hdmi
Description of the bug:scrolling through schedule there is serious lag if slide has an image
How was your service impacted?not much
How was your preparation time impacted?none
Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug: Set up a schedule with a few songs with background images followed with a few without, not blank/pic/blank/pic but pic/pic/pic/blank/blank/blank. Have the system View Mode with Preview and Live. scroll through the schedule just to see the preview. Notice it lags when switching between a blank to pic & pic to blank but not pic to pic & not blank to blank. This only happens in the view with the Preview pane. If you are on a song with no background pic(blank) then double click one with a pic so that it has to go live, it delays first to go to the Preview, then delays again to go live.
In both the other view modes there is less delay. Still a delay but less
