After changing PowerPoint schedule items, slide 1 initially becomes active, then its active selection clears without operator input while Live Output still reports Slide 1. Clicking slide 2 after this state change causes the audience output to flash black. Please investigate the PowerPoint controller/hook losing its active-slide synchronization after deck initialization.

I double-click on new song (PPT file). The first slide of the song is initially selected (as it normally is), but then unselected without user input. The live screen output then flickers black as soon as the second slide of the song is clicked. 

Very rarely, the PowerPoint icon appears and highlights orange (like the application is opening) at bottom for just a second, and then disappears again

I have tried to enable the "Disable GPU Shrink Filter" checkbox under Options > Advanced

Sometimes the flickering happens within a single song moving from one slide to another.

Most of the time the issue occurs when changing from one song to another
