There is not a "Go Live" with the MIDI. Going live while using MIDI will require 2 button presses. One to select the schedule item you want to send live, and the second to select which slide you want to send live.
You can use "Next Schedule" to select the next schedule item, and then use "Go To Presentation Start" to send that schedule item live.
