Ampersand (&) not rendered correctly in Preview & Live header

How is your computer connected to the output screen(s)? It isn't
Description of the bug: You can put an ampersand (&) into the title of a song (not tried the other types) and it shows ok during edit but it changes to underscore the following character when displayed at the head of the Preview or Live screens. Although this is true on new songs, I have a suspicion it works correctly on ones I imported from EW2009.
