I had EW loaded on my computer, but the hard drive went belly up. I have reloaded EW on my computer but am having registration issues.  I have watched the videos, but what I am seeing looks nothing like what is in the video.

The video shows that I should see a popup box with a line "Login to Connect/Retrieve registration link" that I don't have. Instead, I see:

Organization name

my email address

Account number

a link to disconnect from organization.

(The top indicates "Easy Worship-Free Edition" and "no projection (watermarked))

I have attempted to follow the instructions using an off-line file, but the pages I am finding look noting like what is in the video.

While writing this (to verify my information was correct) I did some odd combination of things (that I cannot intentionally reproduce) I did get the link "Login to Connect/Retrieve registration", clicked on it, signed in, my organization is filled in, I get the prompt to complete the login and click it. I get taken back to the registration pop-up, but it still indicates that it is the free version.
