Editing Font size Dilemma after APPLY-OK
3 CommentsSorted by Oldest First
Are you editing the songs in the Schedule or in the Database?
I've been editing songs after they are placed within the current date schedule. when finished, click apply, then ok. back at the main page, then click save after each song is edited. Been doing this for 14 weeks (no problem), then last two weeks of July, same motions except editing work reversed to default font size from CCLI SongSelect.
This will probably be something support needs to see. Would you be able to call support while at the computer? You can also set up a callback with a technician to call you at a time you're available and at that computer. You can do that by going to www.easyworship.com/book

Hey ya'll,
My church recently purchased EasyWorship 7 and it has been a tremendous game changer. Using it 50% tops and that's ok ( approximately 4 months now). I have no problem accessing songs; applying them to a schedule ; changing song order in schedule; applying backgrounds etc....The last two weeks, I have done all of the above, including editing the font size for each song; then hitting apply, then ok, then hitting the save schedule work tab (I do this regularly, so as not to lose any work if there is a cptr issue. I usually do this on a Thursday. On Sabbath (Saturday), I go to run the schedule and ALL OF THE SONGS have reverted back to the font script they came with within the SongSelect database.
What am I doing wrong? Like I said at the beginning, I have had NO issues with any aspect of the process until the last two weeks.
Sincere,
Joseph
