Collection Edit filter "does not contain” # doesn't work

I can go further and say it doesn't handle some other characters very well either. e.g. "Title" "Contains" "(MP" which is how we mark songs from particular song books seems to ignore the parentheses.

Description of the bug: In 2009 we used Songs in three types. Liturgy was prefixed by #, Occasional prefixed by @ and the remainder (the songs) with no prefix. I am trying to sort them into three categories

Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug: With all "songs" loaded and a new collection created called "Songs" - right click Edit. Match title “does not contain” # OK produces no output. @ does the same. Really I would have preferred "does not start" but this would do. The reverse "starts with" # works fine.
