Apparently I can download the Mac version of 8 beta from here but I can't find the link
I have a church account but if I log in I just get sent to the home page
How is the database transfer from EW7 being done for the beta testing of EW8
Cos I've tried the transfer tool and manually copying to the default location, but still not working.
Im I missing something?
Just loaded 8030 and having one problem so far. The foldback screen. On my test computer, I have all three EW screens (Main, Alt, Foldback) using custom positions on my second monitor. For some reason, the foldback is not fitting to the screen size I put in.

On 8030, Powerpoint is not importing correctly. It does not show any slides, only a black one (when there are many slides in the PP). When going live, it shows the transition from Slide 1 to 2 and then goes back to 1.
On 8030, working with song Themes. I set the size of the icons I want, as small as possible. Then when you click little arrow to open that up again, it changes to the largest icons instead of staying where you put it.

Hi Craig, what are the resolutions, scaling, and positions of all your monitors? I'm able to set all of mine to custom positions and they are fine.
I'm also able to import and run PPT just fine. Are you able to attach a PPT you're trying to use so I can test it?
I am also getting this thumbnail size issue. I'll add that as a bug.
1 2560x1440
2 1920x1080
All three put in number 2.
Now the Alt is messed up too.
Rather not publicly attach my PowerPoint.
Seems my images did not work.

I'm not sure what's going on with that. I also put all 3 outputs on one monitor with custom positions and they all show correctly.
If I change it to Monitor 2 and apply it, then go back and change it to custom position and apply it, it corrects it. So it is something with first launching.
I Only Use A Windows Machine 64 GB Ram 1TB SSD Hard Drive I-7 Processor, And I Am Not Having Any Problem With With The Presentation Data, And I Am Running Beta 8 (5) Services A Week !!! Plus I Stream With OBS To Facebook And YouTube On Same Computer !!!
UPDATE: it's happening whenever I click on the Presentations tab. The program crashes. No further error messages. Thanks.
Hi, there. Please find attched crash report. Just happened when I loaded EWv8 for Mac (Silicon). Thanks so much.
Testing the latest Beta 8. Ppt does not live display correctly. (Songs display just fine) size minimized to top left hand corner rather than the full screen. When I shut down 8 and use the latest 7 version everything displays as it should.

If you find any bugs, here is the information we need about the bug.
Make sure you can reproduce the bug. We realize that there could be things that only happen once, but usually, those are connected to something else. You are welcome to post about it, but please let us know if it only happened once and you couldn't reproduce it. If you can consistently make something happen that shouldn't happen, or if something doesn't happen that should, please report it as a bug.
If you get a crash report, click on Show Report, then click anywhere in the report and press Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C, and then paste it into a Notepad (txt) file and save it to attach to your post.
When you post about a bug, please describe in detail how you are reproducing the bug. If you can take a screen recording or a screenshot, or if you have a crash report, please attach those to your post.
We value your input and willingness to try this new version of EasyWorship. Still, we want this thread to be productive and not destructive, so please limit comments to the productivity of making this version ready to release.
As always, this is a BETA version that is not recommended for use in live services.
