You can create a count up timer for your foldback screen using the Alerts.
Here is a video that will walk you through the process. You can do this with Foldback alerts for the person on the stage and have it count up instead of count down.
That video is great... except it seems a little out of date (from 2020). the foldback feature does not appear in the Alerts window in Version 7.4.1.9... maybe I am missing something... looks like it was easy in 2020?? is there a newer instruction for this somewhere??

The preachers requested a stopper to be shown on the foldback display. The countdown timer isn’t suitable for them because one preacher might speak for 15 minutes, another for 30 minutes, and so on, so they don’t have the same amount of time. The stopper is easier because the preachers don’t need to clarify with the technicians which timer they should start. Everyone knows their time window, and the technicians just need to start the stopper from zero.
