There is a known issue with WMV videos not working properly in EasyWorship 7. We no longer sell WMV videos from our media store, but now the recommended format are the MP4 video files.
Here is the link to download the demo data as MP4 videos: https://supportresources.easyworship.com/Media/DemoMedia.zip
Once you have this downloaded, extract the file and you can replace the WMV videos currently in EasyWorship and they should play properly.

Hello,
I am using EasyWorship version 7 Build 7.4.1.9. I have tried using the stock videos but they never show on the Live view. I have been able to download other videos for presentations and they will work just fine however, the stock ones will show in the schedule, preview, and Live sections but will not display through the projectors. Am I doing something wrong?
