Upgrade from ancient version

Hi - I am having to bite the bullet and consider upgrading from 2009 to a current version and I am trying to find out what will be necessary and what retraining of my team will be needed. These are the questions I have so far and, in some cases, what I think are the answers. I would be grateful for any confirmation, correction or help.

Although some pages still suggest an outright purchase is available, I think it is now subscription only? There is a FAQ which says "If you own any older version of EasyWorship, you can absolutely upgrade. See the Pricing Page for details" But when you go there it doesn't mention it. We bought an upgrade to V6 when it first came out but have never used it.

Can I install the latest version without it affecting the existing version so I can test them out side by side?

Can I upload the 4000+ songs and liturgy files from 2009 and expect them to work just like before?

To display PowerPoint decks we have used PowerPointViewer - this is no longer available for download but I have a copy and it still seems to work on Windows 11 - or do I need a genuine full copy of the latest MicroSoft PowerPoint installed on the projection machine. Our staff generally use LibreOffice Impress to create decks - is this still acceptable?

Related to the above - does Audio and Video embedded in PowerPoint work now?

Some visually impaired in our congregation like to use a large print copy of the schedule. Is there any facility to create one for them (I don't mean the old one song, sometimes one line, per page offering). Or as a possible alternative, long ago I created a program to convert the page per song output into something presentable. Is this likely to still work of has the output changed significantly?

After a lot of searching we managed to modify a remote clicker that would have the range needed (30+m) and to accommodate the unusual control buttons that EW required (down/up rather than right/left). It looks like EW may have reverted to standard so our device becomes obsolete - or is it possible to revert back?

There may be further questions as I progress my investigation.
