Subscription Expired Error

I am receiving a subscription expired error in my software.  I have completed all the necessary steps I have been advised through the chat. They have confirmed that my subscription is NOT expired. My computer is connected to the internet but I am still receiving the error and the watermark image will not go away. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 days now. I rushed to church from work so I could actually call and speak with technical support, but I have been on hold now for 20 minutes and it is almost time for your office hours to close. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? I have disconnected, reconnected, clicked manage, everything. Nothing seems to work.

Have you tried logging in since Yesterday when you talked to Leslie? It looks like she issued you a 30 day fully functional demo until the license issue is fixed.
