How do I edit my Forum profile?

EasyWorship uses Freshdesk for their ticketing/forum/support page and it's all Single Sign on, so editing your profile affects the entirety of the support page of our website.
Freshdesk recently made some changes to their software, so it could have reset when they did that possibly. Freshdesk doesn't allow a different display name from your name, so you will either have to use one or the other. I don't know anything about the captcha coming up. I can log in and it doesn't come up for me.
I did update your profile name to your display name for you.

Why has the option to edit your forum profile disappeared. When I sign in on the forum it no longer says Welcome to the forum by my Login
name and now shows my avatar with my own name instead of my login name.
Also that reCAPTCHA robot thing keeps coming up even though I'm signed in. Does anyone maintain this forum?
Some of the articles are 9 years old.
