Do you have the images set as backgrounds or foreground images? If it's a foreground image, it won't show the thumbnail in the schedule. If you set it as a background in the song, it will show that thumbnail.
The thumbnail in the schedule is designed to only show the default background image of that song.

EW icons are blank in Schedule tab. Current Version is 7.4.1.9. Whenever i open any schedule the icons are not displaying but go live will display the images. Your Assistance is greatly appreciated
