Why no response from Help Desk?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you have had this experience with our tech team. Usually, like you mentioned, they are incredibly on top of quick responses to issues submitted through helpdesk. I will check in on the status of your ticket(s) and make sure they are updated in the next hour or so.

I now have three recent requests for help from Support that have not been answered by the team (other than by the immediate automated reply).
One request is now nearly four weeks old and another two weeks.
Normally, they provide excellent service, but I am at a loss as to how to get a response.
Are they on holiday, perhaps??
