If you go to a web browser and go to SongSelect, are you able to log in?
Nope. "Email or password not found."
No. Still getting an error message.

If you're still getting an error on SongSelect's website, then you will need to contact them. Their login is separate from EW since they are a different company.

Logging in from my home computer is successful about 30% of the time. Today, for example, I'm unable to log in, and it's throwing an "email or password not found" error.
