Installing existing software into a new computer

When attempting to register, the message invalid class typecast has stopped my progress.


This means that you need to reset your password. 

I just reset our password and rebooted our system - still getting the same error when starting EasyWorship..."Invalid class typecast"

 Which version and build number of EasyWorship are you trying to register?


@Terry Stout - we also have this problem on a fresh install on a new technician's computer - we know the password and login credentials work because I was able to log into the support site with the same credentials to make this comment and a support ticket.

Since I was able to access the help site using the same login information to create a support ticket and leave this remark, we know that the password and login credentials are valid. We also experience this issue with a fresh install on a new technician's PC.
