 You can send an email or call or chat with their support dept. and they can take care of that up for you. This isn't something that they can handle in an open forum like this.

You can go to your account online and cancel your subscription. 

I will also convert this to a support ticket and someone will email you about it. It's not something that can be done through the community forums.
