What build number of EW are you running?
What are the specs of the computer and what type of background are you using? Still image, motion?

The Theme backgrounds will not show up on the live output. The scripture theme has been selected, in the schedule window the selected background show correctly. In the preview window the selected Theme is also correct. when I go live the background is black.
