We upgraded from a demo to the premium payment lasty week. Today, I did not have the premium displays in the database. How do I get them?

In EW click on the WEB button and then MEDIA and then click on the ORANGE PREMIUM MEDIA BUTTON and then un check the GROUP BY COLLECTIONS and then you will see all the PREMIUM media.
