Description of the bug: Refresh Thumbnails on PPT (in the schedule) does not work

How was your service impacted? It is inconvenient and we use a workaround

How was your preparation time impacted? + 30 minutes

Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug:

A powerpoint presentation, dragged added directly into the schedule from explorer.

Save the schedule

Close WE

Reopen EW

The thumbnails of the PPT are not shown (remain black)

In EW6, we could "refresh thumbails" and that made the thumbnails to appear.

In EW7, this does not work.

We use this working method of using PPT in EW because this is very convenient in the preparation.

The way we use the PPT in EW by dragging it in the schedule is that we have a link to the original PPT.

We can edit the PPT outside EW (even on another PC), and then all changes are also in the PPT that we linked in EW.

This works great, but now (we recently upgraded EW6 to EW7) we have the issue with the thumbails and we believe it is a bug.

I hope you can fix this soon.

Best regards,

Harm

Was there ever a fix for this?

Unfortunately, no.

We had another issues with powerpoint (music in slides) and that issue has also been "pending" since february 2023.

We have not received any update for Easy Worship in a very long time.

That is quite disappointing when you have a subscription...
