There is nothing built into EW that will format scriptures for responsive reading. You will have to edit your scriptures the way you want for your responsive reading.

You could set up a presentation with all the formatting you want and then just replace any text you need for each week. Or, you could create a theme and apply it to your scriptures. Either way, there will probably still be some manual editing.
