Some Chinese characters are not properly being displayed

I am going to convert this post into a ticket so that you can send me a scheduled with some items in it that are now showing up correctly.

We have a one-off bilingual service tomorrow and would like to display both English and Cantonese translations for the songs.
Most of the characters are being displayed completely fine, however a few are being swapped for other English characters such as 'F' and '?'.
Is there any other way to make this work instead of having to copy and paste screenshots of the words?
