Yes. In EW click FILE//SAVE SCHEDULE AS and give it a name and make sure that you have checked the box that reads "pack items in schedule" and then you can either upload it to some cloud drive or email it if it is not to large. If it has a lot of images and videos then you will probably have to upload it to a cloud drive and have her download it.

Hello,
We have a new member on our team and she wants to practice on her laptop at home instead of using the church laptop and has asked us to email her the schedule. How do I do that? Is it as simple as saving the schedule, emailing her that file and then when she opens it, it will take her to EasyWorship (provided she has it on her computer)?
