Hello,

i want to update the credit card expiration date, but it sends me a message that cannot be updated.

My license expiress today and it cannot renew because of my card expiration date.

What can I do_

 Due to privacy and security concerns you would need to either call EW by telephone (+1-918-250-1493) during regular business hours, Mon thru Friday 9 AM - 6 PM CST,  or go to the support page (link below) and open a Support Ticket.

I know this doesn't really help for this weekends services, but that's really all you can do about it. Only EW themselves can do anything about this and for the most part, this forum is essentially just users (like me) helping other users. It's doubtful that any EW employees will see this until Tuesday of next week as the US has a National Holiday on Monday. It's possible that they might see it, but may not be able to do anything until the Sales office is open.
