Canceled Subscription on day of renewal and I was charged and its been 14 days now and no refund
I am not sure who to reach out to but I canceled my subscription on the day of renewal because the renewal message went to my Junk.
The charge of $180 came out of my credit card and I have waited about 2 weeks now and there has been no refund.
How do I go about fixing this?
