where did my songs go : TestPortal

We just purchased last night and now we only have 8 songs in the library. Can you tell me what is wrong?

You might have created a new profile if you reinstalled it. You can click on PROFILES and see if there is more than one there.

We upgraded to EW 8 and none of our songs are there. We've check the profiles and they don't appear in any of them. Additionally, we're no longer able to minimize or move EW aside so we can go online while it's live. We did this regularly in EW 7.
