My license disappeared along with my premium subscription

You have to make sure that you are logged into the program with the correct email address and password otherwise the bibles that you purchased will not show up and you will not see any premium media. If you are logged in under your name and not the church name it will not work either. If you click on HELP//REGISTER PRODUCTS it should have the church name and the email address. I checked for my license this saturday april 23 and it doesnt show a license for my easyworship 7.3 or my premium subscription. Is this like the so called throttleing ive heard of where the wifi companies limit their speed to limiting your choices or what have you? I logged out and logged back in and it still doesnt show my license or premium subscription.
