SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEMS


MY ACCOUNT IS SUBSCRIBED AND THE THE TRANSACTION IS GOING ON MONTHLY BUT WHEN I AM LOGIN ON MY APP ITS SAYING INVALID LICENSE

AND WHEN I LOGIN ONLINE ON MY ACCOUNTY ITS I DONT HAVE LICENCE MY ACCOUNT I DONT HAVE LICENSE.

CAN YOU HELP HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT

I already have a licence but no login. When creating a log in it now does not register my licence. Can you please match the two?
