Transferring profile into new computer
If you tried using the transfer tool and your data is not there, you may be using a profile other than Default. You are welcome to contact support directly and they will be able to help you get it transferred. If by transferring profile do you mean I might use EW at home and at church. May I save a created schedule and open in either place? That would be amazing. How can I do this? I have an updated computer in both locations and have tried numerous ways but am still not sure and don't want to get myself into a situation that I can't get out of...

I have a similar problem as Carlatap59. I am trying to install EW on a second computer but "the database is in use by another process".
Denise, I'm sure Don pointed you in the right direction, but I can reply here as well. You can save your schedule to a cloud drive like Dropbox or Google drive or save it to an external hard drive and then open it on a different computer that has EW installed and edit/run it. Just make sure when you save the schedule that you check the box on the save window that says Pack files in Schedule.
