Please help me, I am new to this. Every time I type songs or add information to schedule everyone in the church is able to see the screen. Is there a quick way to do it?

Make sure that you close EW and then hold down the WINDOWS KEY and then press the letter P one time. You will get four options. Select EXTEND and then after that open EW and click EDIT//OPTIONS and make sure that you output is set to Secondary.
