We are having trouble getting the presentations to play. We can open it and won't work. Then later in the day we will try it again and it starts working. When we open the presentation (SLIDESHOW) it will not play but when we open another page on easy worship it will start playing in the background. But when we exit that page it stops. We have it hooked up to tvs. We have the updated windows. And the undated EW 7.

Sorry, we have the issue resolved. It was actually a background diagnostic program that was lagging it, after terminating the program it ran fine. Thank you for your time!!
