Hi Emily, you will get an activation email if you created a new user on our website. You don't need to activate your account each year, only one time. It shows your account was created in June of 2020, but that it was never activated. That is probably why you're getting that email. Go ahead and activate it by following the steps in the email and you should be good to go.

We already have been paying for the service for a year. Does it need to be reactivated each year?
