Make sure you are logging in with the same email and password that EasyWorship is registered with. You can check the email by going to Help > Register Products and it will show you which email is registered. If you are using the correct email and password, you will need to contact support and they will be able to help you. You can call 918-250-1493 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
