Udgrade from EW6 to EW7
The discount for the upgrade only lasted a short time when EW7 was first released. It ended at the end of June 2018 from what I can tell. You can contact EW by phone to see what they would be willing to do for you.

Since we introduced the subscription, there is no longer an upgrade price since as long as you're on subscription, you will always get the newest version available.
Some of the new features include the Remote App, MIDI control, Dark interface, and other enhancements and bug fixes. You can see all updates in the 'What's New' file HERE
We're still using EW6 but need to move to the subscription EW7 and beyond. Can we export our old data base?

Yes, you can import your database. If you are using the same computer, EW7 will import the database automatically when you open it. If you are on a new computer, you will find the tool and all of the steps to do that here: Transfer EasyWorship Profile
I've upgraded to EW7 on the server and discovered that once installed, EW7 automatically upgraded the database to EW7 from EW6. Can I shut this off from automatically upgrading the database? We are very slow at upgrading and want to test EW7 on our system before launching straight into it for a Sunday morning service. We also want to explore the new features and see how we can integrate our BlackMagic video switcher with EW7.
If we can't shut off the automatic database update, how would you suggest we proceed to keep our EW6 database and have an EW7 database for testing in EW7?
You';; need to download and use version 7.1.4.2 version 7.1.4.2 which doesn't update the database.

We are trying to determine whether to upgrade from EW6 to EW7 at our church. There does not seem to be a discount to upgrade. It seems that the cost is the same whether purchasing/subscribing new or upgrading. Since our current version is working well for us, what are the advantages of upgrading?
