EW has begun displaying message boxes that state that it cannot find the table update_info. The EW Helper Application spews hundreds of these message boxes across the screen on startup. How do we fix this? We can't check for updates because initiating that process also results in one of these message boxes.

I would suggest that you give technical support a call.

Terry - Thanks for the suggestion. Tried this but have the same result. Help -> About says that we are running Build 3.3.
