[v6 General Discussion] Song import from Access Database

Hi. We currently use an alternative song projection system which stores songs in an access database. We are looking at changing over to EasyWorship as there is no new development happening on our current software. Over the last 15 years we have built up a large library of songs and I was wondering if there is a way of converting it to an EasyWorship database as if not this could be a deal breaker in persuading my colleagues to move forward with the change.
We also have several members of our congregation who for various reasons use printed copies of the songs both standard and Large print for visually impared. Is it possible to print the songs for a service as a formatted song sheet?
Thank you for your help

We have a utility that will convert a songbase database into the EasyWorship 2009 format which you could then import into the EasyWorship 6 format.

So you will have to install EW 2009 on the machine and then convert the songbase data into EW 2009 using this https://www.easyworship.com/downloads/Utilities/ezConvert/:2dq80wg5]tool

Then you will need to install EW 6 and use it to convert the EW 2009 data into EW 6. This https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzkvXb-7v7c&feature=youtu.be:2dq80wg5]video will show you how.

There is not a multi column format for printing.
Hello!

I am sorry but we do not have a way to import songs from an access database. You can print out the schedule details but there is not a way to make it large print from inside EW.

Is it possible to print the schedule with just the lyrics in a multi column format?
The software is SongBase from Dasan
Thank you for your help
Can you provide the name of the software that uses this database. This might help us determine if the database can be converted.
