I would like to request that the recently completed New Testament in The Passion Translation be added as a bible plug-in. The author is Brian Simmons, and the publisher is BroadStreet Publishing® Group, LLC. Only 3 Old Testament books are given with the Passion Translation: Psalm, Proverbs, and Song of Songs (Song of Solomon). This is how the Passion Translation Bible was translated and intended to be read.

There are updates made in 2020. Would it be possible to access that update? These include the book of Isaiah and changes to previous versions. -Thanks!

My team has been working with Passion & Fire Ministries to implement Isaiah into our copy. We will continue to update you all as available with new information.

Thank you Fred for the update regarding the book of Isaiah.

Are you also working on the other updates they have made to the other books they have previously published? Our pastor is frequently quoting from the TPT using the 2020 version available on Youversion and Biblegateway. These verses do not match the 2018 version of the TPT that Easy Worship has currently available.

There is not a way to add the TPT to EW 2009.

Following up on my inquiry from 3 years ago. Has there been any progress in updating to the TPT 2020 version with the book of Isaiah?

Hi, Mechelle. The process of adding a new bible involves substantial resources, both in terms of administrative efforts such as contacting, organizing, and coordinating with the bible's publisher, and technical aspects like coding it into the software. Currently, our primary focus is on the development of EasyWorship 8, which will introduce many exciting new features.

At this time, we are not allocating resources to the addition of extra bibles to our platform. However, we are still actively monitoring the Bible Request Forum and all requests that are submitted. We know that these translations are important to our customers and want to assure you that your requests are not forgotten. We diligently document and assess requests, aiming to implement new bibles based on the level of interest and demand for a particular translation once resources are again available.

We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work towards enhancing the EasyWorship experience
