How is your computer connected to the output screen(s)? Display Port
Description of the bug: When we "go-live" with a powerpoint presentation (often for songs), we press the down arrow to index to the next slide. Occasionally, the first slide needs to be clicked to allow us to index with the arrows. It is somewhat random, but every 4th or 5th powerpoint file will have this behavior.
How was your service impacted? When this happens, the button is pressed but the slide doesn't advance, leading to an awkward moment in our song service. It is easy to click the first slide and then begin advancing but keeps leading to these awkward moments.
How was your preparation time impacted? No impact to prep time
Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug: Load several powerpoint files, scriptures, etc. Go-live with each, trying to use the arrow to advance. Sometimes the ppt files just don't obey and a click is required. Other times it works fine. Pretty repeatable though....
