How is your computer connected to the output screen(s)? Display Port
Description of the bug: The scroll bar on the side of the live output pane is just not accurate. It sometimes aligns with the % completion of the presentation, but most of the time, it seems to simply be incorrect. Many times, the scroll bar is still near the top and the presentation is ending. This leads our end users to keep clicking down which triggers the looping bug I just entered.
How was your service impacted? Operators are not aware when a song/presentation is ending, It appears it has much more to go...and people keep clicking, triggering the other bug I entered (unexpected looping)
How was your preparation time impacted? No impact to prep time
Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug: Open several powerpoint files and start clicking through them. Sometimes it works fine, but the next file you take live, the scroll bars might only barely move. We use mostly powerpoint files in our presentations.
