Let's start with providing us with some information about your hardware to see if that might be causing some of your problem.
1. Click on the Windows Logo Icon (Start menu) at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen,
2. Type in "DXDIAG" and click on 'DXDIAG.exe' or 'DXDIAG run command',
3. Click Yes when a yes/no question appears,
4. Click on Save All Information.. at the bottom-right of the DXDIAG window,
5. Save the information under an obvious name such as "dxdiagoutput",
6. Attach the saved file to this ticket.

We use EasyWorship Version 6 Build 6.7.16.0 for our two Sunday morning worship services. The song lyrics and scriptures display instantly when I go live. There seems to be a little longer display time for PowerPoint slides even if it's just one slide. It's a matter of seconds, but there is some delay. I sometimes have to go back to displaying song lyrics and then try the PowerPoint slide again for it to work right away without delay. We do use a 5-minute countdown video prior to each service starting and we do have a single video to play once in awhile in a service. The videos will not start as soon as I go live with them probably nine out of ten times. I can wait a long time (even a minute or more) and they simply will not play. I have to also project something else, then try it again and hope that it works. It sometimes takes numerous times of doing that to make it work. On a very rare occasion, I have to close out of EasyWorship and get back into it before it will work. Not that many people are paying attention to the countdown videos, so if it takes me a couple of minutes to get it playing, I just advance the video so that we still start on time. However, trying to play a video during a service with everyone watching and waiting for it and it not work is a whole other story. It's been doing this for a long time and I've just been dealing with it. We have a new pastor and it sounds like he is wanting to do some short video announcements, which gives me cause for concern since playing videos on the first try rarely happens. So, if you can provide me any insight into what is going on or how we can correct this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
