verify media files not used by another process

Do you have a PPT file in your schedule? There may be something in that PPT that is open or linked to the internet.
If that's not it, then you may have a video or image open in another program.

I get this message when I try to save my presentation.
"Unable to save schedule. Please verify that none of the media files needed are being used by another process."
How do I do that and where do I start?
