James, I'm not aware of any issue with EW7 where you continually need to uninstall and reinstall the program to get it to work properly. I don't see any previous tickets on your account about this issue, so I'm not sure what support has done. You are welcome to contact support again and have them remote into the computer to troubleshoot with you.
We are beta testing EW8 right now so it will be available once the beta testing is over and is stable enough to release as a full version. We really do appreciate your patience.

Since Easy worship became a subscription base they are refusing all the crashes in easy worship 7. We have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling easy worship be it keep crashing where you cant do anything inside the program. I call easy worship back 2022 and 2023 about this issue all they can say is uninstall it. I called them back they in 2024 they been saying that version 8 is coming out so no updates. It ridiculous that we still dont have a solution after 3 years. I hope there are more update with 8. it not making since that the development is not releasing updates or releasing update that not fixing the issues.
