We use Easy Worship 7 with NDI Desktop Capture. We recently replaced our live stream PC because our previous laptop did not have the necessary graphics card to run PowerPoint. After that upgrade, everything was good for approximately a month. Then, this week, we've been experiencing issues with the powerpoint presentations "sticking?" when we click on them in Easy Worship. We load a few PPT presentations every week; those configured as automated slideshows for notifications operate perfectly. However, the deck that we click on for scriptures or images that the preacher uses during the sermon becomes stuck. So, let's suppose we're on slide 4 and click on slide 5. It continues on slide 4 until you click on slide 8, at which point it moves to slide 5. It's as if it's one click behind. Is anyone aware of any issues that could be causing this that I can resolve? I dislike that we paid $1200 on a new computer so we could utilize PPT in Easy Worship and are now unable to use it. Thank you for any help you can provide!

It isn't an NDI issue (just for clarity). This just started happening to us, too.

We are also running the same version, Version 7, and started experiencing the same issues with our PowerPoint slides.

Just experienced the same issue again during Sunday service today. I clicked on the PowerPoint slide to present the Lord's Prayer, and the slide would not display. This same slide has been presented each Sunday for months w/o issues, but we began experiencing this problem last Sunday. Song lyrics display w/o issues, and another PowerPoint slide displayed w/o an issue. The Lord's Prayer slide pack includes 6 slides, and none of the slides would display when clicked on. In addition, the 'Black' button on the top right of EasyWorship stopped working at the same time.

We experience powerpoint issues as well, these days.

It has been working fine (well, sort of, powerpoint is always quite slow in Easy Worship and thumbnails are not showing), but lately, the slides freeze of are very slow to show or do not show at all.
Something is wrong.

We really need this to work reliable!
