The easyworship software is giving us a lot of problems
1. It's very slow in loading whilst other apps remain fast, there is always a lag and it freezes (when it freezes, you must forcefully shut down the laptop before opening it again to work). I initially thought it was due to the size of the software on the laptop, but this isn't the case.
2. There is always one error code or the other as to why I can't use easyworship tabs (one of which has been mentioned in the previous ticket)
I just want to use the scriptures tab and the songs tab.. even adding new songs seems to be an issue
I'm not sure if this is good value for money

Nolan replied to your ticket with information about this issue. I would look at the system specifications of your machine and make sure that they meet the requirements. I would also uninstall and reinstall the program just to make sure that all the program files are good. This will not hurt your data.
Thanks for this Terry, I've done both of the suggestions too, I can't seem to find a cause. In fact in terms of uninstalling, we've done this multiple times now with each individual hoping to find a cause.

Hi, when I go to "add new song" on the new easyworship premium, I get this error message "external exception E06D7363" Is there anything that can be done?
