Easyworship watermark

I updated my payment information and the easyworship watermark is still showing

It sounds like your software has been disconnected from your license. This can happen if the disconnect is selected on the registration page,  or if the password for the login has been reset. It can also happen if your computer does not pick up the new license at renewal.

  1. Verify you have an internet connection.
  2. From within EasyWorship, in the upper left corner of the screen, click on Help and Register Products.
  3. If you are logged in, you will see that you are connected to your Organization/Email.
  4. Click on “Disconnect and Deactivate…”
  5. If you are not logged in or have just disconnected, click on “Login to connect”
  6. Login with your account email and the password.
  7. Click Login.
  8. Verify you are connected to your licensed Organization 
  9. Click Complete Login and close.
  10. The watermark should no longer be visible.

If you don't remember your password or you receive an error, go here: EasyWorship Authentication, enter your email and click next to continue with password reset. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, have at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.
