Using Easy Worship 7.4.1.9 on 2 year old laptop PC (HP Omen)

I've been using Easy Worship for several years, and am pretty familiar with it. 

On more than one occasion in the past year, when attempting to import a song into a new schedule, that we have used multiple times in the past - I watched in amazement as the song changed words and the background to a completely different song, though it kept the title I was trying to add.

For example - I was adding the song "I Love You Lord" to a new schedule. It had a red background. 

 As soon as I added it, the words changed to a different song, "Rescue the Perishing" with a blue background.  However the title remained "I Love You Lord".

And now, even in the song bank of all our songs, "I Love You Lord" now has the words for "Rescue the Perishing" as well as its background.

This has happened at least 7 or 8 times in the past with different songs.

Can you advise as to a solution?
